It is never broken.
We deliver your dishes and meal trays in perfect condition, anywhere in the Paris region. Since 2014, we have known that we are carrying your craft, and that your products are fragile.

FOUR TEMPERATURE RANGES
Every product at its own temperature.
From scooter to 15 m³ truck, the temperature is set for the product, not for the vehicle.
- +2 to +7 °C
- A steady chilled temperature for meal trays, cold buffets and canapés, held by eutectic plates.
- −20 °C
- Frozen, for ice cream, ice lollies and frozen food, in an FRCX-rated box.
- Dual-temperature
- Bread at ambient temperature and cakes at 4 °C, in the same box on the same run.
- Ambient
- Event equipment, tableware and bread, on 1.80 m catering racks.
MEASURE, DON’T ASSUME
Temperature has to be proven.
An insulated box is not enough. What sets a refrigerated carrier apart from a courier is monitoring: recorded readings, certifications, and hygiene that is tracked.
- TESTO 174 T loggers
- They measure and record the temperature every minute, so we can check every day that the equipment delivers what it promises.
- Infrared thermometer
- Every driver has one to hand, to check a temperature on delivery.
- ATP certification
- All our refrigerated trucks, from 4 to 15 m³, are ATP certified by CEMAFROID, the French centre of expertise for the cold chain.
- Disinfection
- At least once a week, and as often as needed, with Aniostérile, a sterile food-safe product. Every disinfection is logged.

DISHES THAT ARRIVE INTACT
Arriving just as it left the kitchen.
- Anti-vibration mats in our scooter boxes, for the most fragile pieces.
- Trained drivers in carrying sensitive foodstuffs, all employed by Welbex.
- Tail lift to unload heavy loads without jolting them.
- One delivery, one driver: only your order is on board, so there is no risk of it being swapped with another.

PORTE DE CHAMPERRET, PARIS 17TH
Delivery pushed back? Your products wait in the cold.
Based right by the Paris ring road, we store your dishes in our cold rooms, chilled or frozen, and split your parcels there before sending them on to your clients.
