Privacy policy

This site is deliberately simple: it does not track you.

No cookies, no audience measurement

welbex.fr sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. Fonts are served by the site itself: your browser does not contact any third-party service. That is why no consent banner is displayed.

Host’s technical logs

Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address for as long as it takes to serve you the pages and to protect the site against abuse. This data is not passed on to us in a form that identifies you. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your quote request

The form on the Contact page sends nothing to the site: it drafts an email in your own email app. The information you then send us by email or phone is used solely to respond to your request and to carry out the service. It is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for three years for prospective clients, and ten years for accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. Write to eric.lamoral@welbex.fr. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
