Delivering Paris without harming it.
As a temperature-controlled delivery provider for Paris events, Welbex must show social and environmental responsibility that lives up to the expectations of its clients, their guests, the City of Paris and the Île-de-France region.

LIMITING OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
An approach as old as the company.
Environmental care has always gone hand in hand with our growth: it did not wait for low-emission zones.
- 2016
- Our first three electric scooters in Paris, with the Welbox, for short distances. Ten years on, electric vehicles are still part of the fleet.
- Bio-CNG
- To prepare for Paris 2024 and move away from diesel, a bio-CNG truck: very quiet, free of fossil fuel, and dual-temperature.
- Crit’Air 1
- A frozen-goods vehicle rated Crit’Air 1, to deliver in every low-emission zone.
- 2 years
- average age of the fleet: recent engines that emit less and are better maintained.
MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS 2026
Clean vehicles in the service of democracy.
For both rounds of the municipal elections, together with Springare, we delivered the polling staff meals prepared by La Table de Cana, a work-integration caterer, to Paris polling stations.
By bike and bio-CNG vehicle, with temperatures checked below 3 °C in every single polling station.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The people who deliver are our employees.
- Employed drivers
- All our drivers are on permanent contracts with Welbex. No self-employed couriers paid per job: trained teams who stay.
- Trained for the job
- Transport of sensitive foodstuffs, smart dress, a code of conduct: they are the people your customers see arrive.
- Hygiene on record
- Boxes disinfected at least once a week with Aniostérile, with written records.
